Building your own psychological profile
During the sessions, you are presented with a series of therapeutic choices.
Each choice earns you an ‘elemental like’.
Your elemental likes are used to complete a mandala.
The mandala reflects your psychological profile,
In the second half of the book, you explore what your mandala result means in terms of your own elemental qualities.
There’s also sections early life, trauma and the elements model (to name but a few).
